What This Pattern Tests

Requires entering actual birthdate and calculates age. Tests scraper's ability to handle date inputs and age calculation logic.

How It Works

  • User must enter a date of birth in YYYY-MM-DD format
  • System calculates age based on entered date
  • Must be 18 or older to pass verification
  • Optionally remembers choice with cookie

Scraper Strategy

  • Locate date input field with ID "dob" or label "Date of Birth"
  • Enter a valid date at least 18 years ago
  • Test edge cases (exactly 18 years ago, under 18, invalid dates)
  • Submit form and verify cookie is set
